How do I delete my account?
In the app, open your profile, tap the settings cog (top-right), and choose Delete account. You’ll be asked to confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, vouches, comments, lists, and uploaded photos.
How do I report a user or block someone?
On any place detail screen, scroll to the “Vouched by” section, long-press a vouch, and choose Report or Block user. Blocked users are hidden from your feed and can’t see your content. You can unblock anyone from Settings → Blocked users.
How do I report inappropriate content or a place that shouldn’t be listed?
Long-press the vouch or the place and choose Report, or email team@vouch-now.com with the place name and a description. Reports are reviewed by a human moderator, usually within 24 hours.
I added a place but it’s not showing up. Why?
New places enter a moderation queue before appearing on the public map. An admin checks that the place is real, in London, and not a duplicate. Approval normally happens within a day. Once approved you’ll get a confirmation email.
I forgot my password. How do I sign in?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email. You’ll receive a reset link from no-reply@vouch-now.com. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that button instead of email/password.
Is my data sold or shared with advertisers?

Which devices and regions are supported?
Vouch runs on iOS 15 or later and Android 10 or later. The place dataset is currently London-centric; the app works everywhere but the map will be empty outside London until we expand.
